Mallorca.my is a curated matching platform concept connecting hospitality venues with selected creators, photographers, filmmakers and content producers. These Terms govern the use of this website and the submission of venue briefings or creator applications.

2. Pilot phase

Mallorca.my is currently operating in a pilot and launch phase. Submitting a briefing or application does not create a binding contract, guarantee acceptance, guarantee a match or guarantee commercial results.

3. Illustrative content

Some venue profiles, case examples, metrics, names and images shown on this website are illustrative and used to explain the intended service, aesthetic direction and possible workflows. They do not represent confirmed client relationships, testimonials or measured results unless explicitly stated as such.

4. Creator and venue submissions

Users are responsible for submitting accurate and lawful information. Mallorca.my may review, accept, reject or ignore submissions at its own discretion, especially where quality, relevance, availability or brand fit is not aligned with the platform.

5. No agency relationship by website use

Use of the website alone does not establish an agency, employment, partnership or exclusive representation relationship between Mallorca.my, creators or venues.

6. Future collaborations

Specific collaborations, deliverables, usage rights, fees, deadlines, revisions and licensing terms will be agreed separately before any paid project begins.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, text, design elements and structure are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

8. Images and visual material

Images on the website are used for mood, editorial presentation and visual positioning. Unless explicitly stated, they should not be understood as documentation of completed Mallorca.my client projects.

9. Liability

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness, availability or specific commercial outcomes. Liability for intentional misconduct and gross negligence remains unaffected.
